OutNEA exists to connect and uplift the LGBTQIA+ community of Northeast Arkansas through inclusive events, meaningful connections, and shared celebrations. We create welcoming spaces where everyone can be themselves, build community, and thrive—together.

We envision a vibrant and inclusive Northeast Arkansas where LGBTQIA+ individuals are embraced, empowered, and celebrated. A where connection leads to growth, pride is visible, and community is everything.
